Ingredients

Nettle leaf, Rosehip, Rose Petals, Elderflower, Dried blackberry, Elderflower, Fennel seed, Meadowsweet, Hibiscus, Apple pieces, Lemon balm.

Brewing

1-2 tsp per cup with infuser, filtered, boiled water at 100oC to ensure optimal taste. Cover and steep for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy hot or Iced.

Hand blended in small batches. Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
