Ingredients

Chamomile flowers, Lemon balm, Lemon verbena leaf, Fennel seed, Calendula petals, Dandelion Leaf, Cardamom pods, Ginger root

Liquorice root.

Brewing

1-2 tsp per cup with infuser, filtered, boiled water at 100 degrees to ensure optimal taste. Cover and steep for 5-8 minutes

Hand blended in small batches. Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
