Ingredients

Lavender, Chamomile flowers, Valerian root, Oat straw, Skullcap, Cornflower, Sage, Honeybush.

Delicately floral with soft honeyed notes.

Brewing

1-2 tsp per cup with infuser, filtered, boiled water at 90 degrees to ensure optimal taste. Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes

Hand blended in small batches. Store in cool, dry place away from sunlight.
