Ingredients

Red clover, Holy Basil, Raspberry leaf, Rose petals, Elderflower, Dried raspberry, Dried blackberry, Lemon balm, Peppermint, Sage.

Brewing

1–2 tsp per cup, 100oC filtered, boiled water to ensure optimal taste. Cover and steep for 5-8 minutes.

Hand blended in small batches, store in cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Seek advice before consuming if pregnant or on medication.

May contain traces of milk, nuts (including peanuts) sesame, cereals, celery, soya and gluten.
