Something New On the Horizon!

It’s been a few weeks since I last sat down to write. Life has been full, and the past few weeks in particular have been something of a whirlwind, the kind of busy that asks you to trust the path unfolding beneath your feet.

I’m quietly happy to share that, all being well, I will be taking over the beautiful Tea & Leaves loose leaf tea shop in Newquay. This little shop has long been a place of comfort, conversation, and carefully chosen teas, and that heart will remain unchanged. It will continue to be a space where people can come as they are, find their favourite blends, and discover something new.

Over time, I will begin to gently weave Sunwise Path onto the shelves. Nothing rushed, nothing forced, just a gradual bringing together of two paths that feel naturally aligned; good tea, thoughtful blends, and a slower, more intentional way of living. Blends to support moments of rest, reflection, digestion, balance, and quiet comfort. As always, the focus will be on simple, honest ingredients and teas that feel at home in everyday rituals.

I feel both excited and apprehensive stepping into this new chapter. Holding something that already means so much to the community is a responsibility I don’t take lightly. My hope is to honour what has been built here, while allowing it to grow in a way that remains grounded, welcoming, and true.
